Location Ideas

Christina Szeto Photography takes pride to make her clients look best in the pictures. It's the PEOPLE in the pictures that matter rather than the location. Great photographers see something extraordinary in the most ordinary locations. Thus, we pick locations that have beautiful and soft natural lighting to flatter our clients (and we also add our own lighting to the ambient light to fill any shadows). Some locations that are stunning in our naked eyes, for instance the Crissy Field with the Golden Gate Bridge as the background, may not look good in cameras especially under harsh sunlight. Photos captured in Crissy Field will look fantastic in only overcast days, or early in the morning or in the late afternoon. An extra assistant needs to be hired if the session took place in Crissy Field in a sunny day and it will add to the price of the session. The following are the locations that are perfect for a photo session because they are where the clients will look best, and not the locations themselves.
